The local project coordinators decided to hold the second meeting for Valga, Valka and Hummuli together. Valgas regional representative was Janeli Nielson, the regional representative of Valka - Vilmars Vesingi, Hummuli regional representative - Dea Margus.
Part of the meeting was the reports of the local experts. There were invited experts, who were/are linked to the rural policies, citizens, youth policy, organizing of cultural/ social events etc.
The experts were the following:
One of the tasks of the experts was the guidance and assistance for the group work during the meeting. The participation of the experts in the work-group would provide a good opportunity for the young people and the decision-makers to interact.
During the workshop, participants were divided into four groups, based on their mother tongue: Hummuli, Valga Valka 1, Valka 2. The first task of the workshop was to figure out the criterions for the upcoming task. Workshop task had to be organizing of the event; before, the commonly riterions were found and they were following: time, place, target audience, topic, a surprise guest, a motivating factor (why come to the event). For each criterion, four options were chosen. Each group was randomly selected an option.
For example, the group had a task to organize an event with the following criterions - place: youth centre; target group: musicians, topic: sport; time: lunch; surprise guest: Elvis Presley; motivation: free coffee.
The task was to put together the vision of the event and to present it to the other participants (in English).

- Ernests Lībietis - promoter of the cultural life of Valka, mentor of young musicians, concert organizer in Valka rock-club Cabinet 309;
- Viesturs Zariņš- Valka Parish Deputy Chairman, member of the Development and Social Committee;
- Dea Margus – young and active native of Hummuli Parish, member of the Alamõisa village association, youth worker of Valga town community.

The outcome:
- Young people got acquainted with the experts – for some of them this was the first time to meet a celebrity.
- Contacts - the meeting was attended by both young Latvians and Estonians. Non-formal meeting gave a nice opportunity for the future cooperation on both local and international level.
- Courage – since the experts talked about both good and bad experiences, young people could feel more confident in themselves. It can be worse!
- Experience - young people with no previous experience in planning or team-work, got it.
- Language practice - the meeting was held in English.
